Here at People’s Choice, we’ve taken another step in growing our home lending offering by launching into Victoria’s broker market. With this, we’re promising a decision on home loans in just two working days.

Until recently, People’s Choice exclusively sold mortgages through our proprietary team in Victoria. With this launch, we’re expanding further into the state and into Melbourne, with a number of brokers from our current aggregator partner, PLAN, and more exciting growth to come.

“We’ve grown our residential lending portfolio with our own lenders faster than industry averages over the past few years, but we recognise that many people prefer to use a broker,” Ms Camilleri said.

  • A dedicated, experienced support team located in Melbourne,
  • A new broker portal, designed to make interacting with People’s Choice as fast and easy as possible, and
  • A highly competitive range of home loans.
  • Mortgage brokers in Melbourne will now be able to point to an organisation that’s focused on its members, with People’s Choice regularly receiving industry awards for outstanding customer satisfaction.

People’s Choice is well established in Victoria, with a mobile lending team and sites in the Melbourne CBD, Knox, Caroline Springs, Mernda, Ballarat and Warrnambool.

People’s Choice also recently extended its sponsorship of the Western Bulldogs AFL side into a fifth consecutive year.

What is a mortgage broker?

A mortgage broker specialises in helping people find home loans. They do this by dealing with both home loan applicants and lenders, acting as a middle-person between these two parties. They suggest home loans and lenders to applicants, depending on what the applicant wants and needs.
