Our second edition of the People's Choice of Housing for Melbourne has seen some surprising new entrants among our top suburbs. This happens when we introduce new factors – such as licensed venues and cafes – but also when median house prices come down a bit. Eastern, Western and Northern suburbs that previously caught our eye are now making their way in on the back of these changes. There are also some new suburbs for those looking at units.
