Home, landlord or motor vehicle claims can also be made online by logging into your CGU online account if your policy was first purchased after 16 June 2025, or renewed after 9 August 2025.
If your policy purchased after 16 June 2025 and not yet renewed, or renewed after 9 August 2025, you can make certain updates online, such as adjusting your excess amounts or optional benefits.
