2020 DIRECTOR ELECTION
In accordance with the Constitution of Australian Central Credit Union Ltd, the 2020 Director Election will be conducted over the coming months.
Directors Ms Amanda Heyworth and Ms Virginia Hickey retire as directors and, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election. Any shareholding member who is 18 years or older and eligible to act as a director under the Constitution and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) may nominate for the two (2) board positions that will be available.
