Heritage and People’s Choice feature on World’s Best Banks list

People’s Choice members can feel assured they are with a market leader, as People’s Choice has been named in the list of Forbes’ World’s Best Banks 2023.

People’s Choice Credit Union merged with Heritage Bank on 1 March 2023 and both brands feature in the top 15 for financial institutions in Australia.

This is well-earned recognition of our ongoing commitment to the financial needs and goals of our combined 720,000 members.

World renowned Forbes Media and market research firm Statista surveyed 48,000 banking customers from 32 countries to identify the best of the best in each nation. Survey results were evaluated in categories such as digital services, customer service, trust and financial advice.

Heritage and People’s Choice CEO Peter Lock said he was proud that both brands have featured in the Forbes list.

The top three Australian banks on the Forbes list for 2023 are customer-owned.
