Your interest details are included on your statements.
For the interest you have received (credited) on Savings accounts and Term Investment accounts, an interest credit summary is included on your June statement. This is located on the final page of your June statement and includes a summary of the full financial year.
For interest that you have paid (debited) for loan accounts, this information is included on your regular lending account statements. Interest charged on lending accounts is calculated daily and debited on the final day of each calendar month, so it appears as the final transaction at the end of each month. What happens if I have had withholding tax on my accounts?
You will receive a Withholding Tax Payment Summary if there has been tax withheld on one or more of your accounts. You will need to apply for a refund through your end of year tax return.
