Historically associated with the ‘People’s Choice’ brand, the Light Trust Series is a securitisation programme established and managed by Australian Central Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of HPC) for the purposes of securitising residential housing loans. The Light Trust Series has been a repeat issuer in the Residential Mortgage Backed Security (RMBS) market since the series was established in 2007.
